Meet the Mansuks

Living in the heart of war-torn South Sudan, our lives were filled with unimaginable challenges, trauma, and deep loss.

War deepened the darkness, leaving us without hope or purpose. Then, Jesus Christ transformed our lives — to a story filled with hope, transformation, healing, and purpose.

For us, marriage holds a significance that goes beyond love; it signifies a deep commitment to God, His Kingdom, and a shared mission to serve the people of South Sudan — especially those who have faced similar hardships.

In a nation scarred by the effects of war and displacement, many have lost faith in themselves, in God, and in our homeland. We find ourselves uniquely positioned to share the love and hope of Jesus Christ - raising a generation of hope.

We share a deep passion for empowering women and youth — a divine calling that places us in a unique position to serve. Through our own journey, we know the transformative power of God's love to heal even the most broken hearts.

Our mission is clear:

To offer hope to those who feel hopeless, healing to those who are hurting, and love to those who feel unloved. Together, we are committed to showing God's love is tangible and available to everyone.

Now living as refugees in Uganda, we have shed the limitations of our past and found empowerment in our experiences. God is using our shared experience as a bridge to connect with fellow brothers and sisters who have faced hardship. We firmly believe that challenges don't break us; they shape us. With God, transformation is always possible. Through, Yenet, we embrace the opportunity to give back to our homeland the blessings they've received from Christ: hope, love, healing, and forgiveness.

This pivotal scripture holds a special place in our hearts and serves as a constant and profound reminder of their faith journey:

"You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you."

—John 15:16

This verse deeply resonates with us, highlighting the profound truth that we didn't choose Jesus; rather, He handpicked and appointed us for a divine purpose. We understand this purpose as a mission to bear lasting fruit — fruit that endures and enriches the lives of others. In the reassuring promise of this verse, we find solace, knowing that whatever we ask of the Father in Jesus's name, He will graciously grant.

As we embark on this new ministry journey, we invite you to join us on this extraordinary journey of faith, hope, empowerment, and transformation. Together, we can share God’s story — that even in the most challenging circumstances, life can be filled with purpose, love, and the radiant light of Jesus Christ.
